BEFORE SHOPPING
You can buy our products as a set or individually.
Although our delivery times vary periodically, it is 15 business days for furniture group products and 21 business days for sofa group products.
The delivery and assembly of orders from the following provinces, where our shipments are concentrated, are carried out by our own services. For orders coming from other provinces, we receive assembly services on your behalf from our contracted services.
The provinces where we provide service: Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Afyon, Balıkesir, Bolu, Çanakkale, Düzce, Eskişehir, Gebze, Kütahya, Manisa, Sakarya, Uşak, Yalova
NOTE:
- Our free delivery service is valid for products valued over 5000 TL.
- You must indicate with your order that you would like to receive installation service from our contracted services.
We produce in Bedroom, Dining Room, Wall Unit, Sofa and Corner Set groups.
We deliver to doorstep addresses all over Turkey.
We have a furniture store in Cologne, Germany. We make regular shipments every month. If you order from anywhere in Europe, we deliver your product to your address.
NOTE: For international orders, shipping and customs expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. If you wish, we can also carry out the transportation and customs procedures for you for a fee.
AFTER SHOPPING
If you made the payment by Credit Card;
Our customer representative will call you and tell you that your order has been confirmed and inform you about the delivery date and other details.
If you made the payment by Bank Transfer;

- After placing your order, your payment will be checked according to the payment method you have chosen.
- After payment confirmation is received by the accounting department, your order is processed and made ready for shipment within the deadlines.
- After the shipment planning is done, our relevant personnel will be contacted and you will be informed about the shipment date.
- Finally, shipment is made on the planned date and the products are delivered to your address.
WhatsApp You need to send the bank receipt to our em> line. Otherwise, the confirmation of your order will be delayed and the delivery time will also be delayed.
To cancel your undelivered orders, it is sufficient to inform us in writing using the communication channels.
If your order has been delivered and you want to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, you must declare that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal in writing through communication channels.
- Your money will be refunded to your specified account or credit card within 10 days. (The seller cannot be held responsible for the banks’ practices regarding refunds to be made to the credit card)
- Then, we will receive our products completely from your address within 20 days at the latest.
(If your product was installed by our services, it will be taken back by our services. Otherwise, it is the buyer’s responsibility to send the product undamaged and complete.)

Possible delays in the delivery date will be notified to you at least 2 days before the delivery date. In case of a delay in extraordinary circumstances without notifying you, you can get information about the delivery status of your order by using our communication channels.
